The skeptic in me wonders if something isn’t unusually suss about it. Apparently the car was in an unmarked container. Which is interesting, because what has an ex-Prime Minister of England got to hide? Was he trying to avoid the stamp duty? Did he declare it as a Mini Metro? Meh, who cares.
