In China, scammers approach tourists at popular attractions such as the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.[20] The scammer speaks English well enough to get into a conversation with the foreigner. The scammer claims to be an art student whose works are on display at a nearby exhibition which is part of the scam and sells mass-produced art reproductions at exorbitant prices. There are warnings about this scam in tourist guides. Tina from canvas oil paintings

Yes, they are here in OC cali. I just got bilked out of $680 because my GF really wanted some paintings to decorate the house and we recently passed up the opportunity to get some really good art while we were in Paris. The paintings were truly impressive looking. Every single brushstroke is there in the 4 paintings we got. The quality is as good as the authentic paintings we bought from a real local artist I know. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to google this before I bought and I am out the money. I mean, in the grand scheme of things, it's not too bad of a deal because one of the paintings was 4.5x3.5 ft of paris. Absolutely beautiful looking. If you go to your local Home Goods discount store, you can find framed prints of 1/4 the size for $100, and those are just prints. Eh truth is, these are probably worth about $50-100 each in wholesale. We just paid what a store would charge for similar quality work. I called the cops and gave them the cell phone number of the main guy so that they can (maybe) track him down and deport them. He said maybe they'll get a fine and reimburse me some of my cash. Either way, these works will greatly improve our home decor, and I'm sure I would have gotten ripped off no matter where I got my art these days. Oh well, I'll make the money back in a day or two of work. Lesson learned to not trust anyone in the world. Pretty pathetic that you cant :(

You gotta be joking? You can't get wheels for Gazelles? Thats such bullshit, they can take the same wheels are S13 Silvias, NA R32 etc.

To be honest, I wasn't interested in putting other Nissan wheels on it. Only after market rims. And there was nothing the guys in Donnellans could find to fit it without bespoke drilling.
